Keisuke... didn't need to die. Sure, the anime sucked. There's not enough character development to actually feel sad about his death but in the game. In. The. Game. That's where's Keisuke's "alive" and not "stale" like in the anime. All he wanted was simple. All he wanted to do for just that one person is simple. Yes, he's a bloody fool for being so loyal even when he harbors dangerous feelings. He's obsessed with him, who the hell can't tell? What he merely wanted to do was to protect and support him. Thank God the person he sacrificed so much for actually acknowledged him. Well, he's always knew Keisuke was like that to the point where he actually got annoyed that Keisuke had perhaps... No sense of self? Keisuke isn't some blindly devoted puppy and there's definitely something he saw in him that made Keisuke so darn loyal. Do not doubt the man.

This year, i did not attend Day 1 of Comic Fiesta. This year, i only attended Day 2 of Comic Fiesta. Yay simple sentence structures achieved! OTL

The great Danny Choo was there o_o Had a picture taken with him. But still, this year's CF was not as enjoyable as the previous years. Well, it's not completely CF's fault. It definitely could not foresee the fact that I would be ditched by a dumbass exactly two hours before i left for the event. Right. Finished reading King of Thorn manga few hours ago. You know what? Marco Owen is BADASS. Yeah, Mr. Macho for sure. He looks like he's a darn thug but here's a spoiler. He's actually a hacker that seems really similar to Hei appearance-wise. But that was like, what, two years ago before the entire manga started! Two years could turn a frail hacker into Mr. Muscle with badass tattoos. And probably thug hairstyle but it's achievable by just not cutting your hair. Okay, so enough of Marco Owen. Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru was so cliche, it's actually refreshing to see a series like that once in a while. I finally finished Taiyo's route. Yes, that obnoxious yet adorable golden retriever. Oh it's simple as to why I call him obnoxious. He's SUPER LOUD. And rather dumb. I've never heard of anyone insulting another person with the word "Hamburger!". He constantly uses the wrong syllables which of course in Japanese, it either changes the meaning of the word he intended to use OR invents a completely new word. For example, "mikata" gets changed to "mitaka" by this idiot. "Mikata" means comrade. "Mitaka"? To hell if I know.

Karin or Chibi Vampire by Kagesaki Yuna is an awesome series. It explores all of the characters even if they were 200 years from the past. But that's just the manga. The anime definitely did not do much justice to the manga. But Winner-kun's adorable with his silly accent.

White Day!

5 days of no post. It all seems so... So quiet.

Yesterday was White Day, the opposite of Valentine's Day. This time, guys give the girls chocolates instead. N+C didn't come up with any mindfucks recently (lol sweet pool) so for both Valentines and White Day... They had all the delicious characters gather together (Togainu no Chi + Lamento + sweet pool) in two wallpapers. It's beautiful, really. White Day's wallpaper should still be up on their site...

SPM results are coming out tomorrow on the 11th of March 2010. As to whether I post about the entire process of receiving my results will depend on the outcome. I'm not expecting to do well at all because I lived more like a hikikomori rather than a student for the past few years.

I will fail expectations, that's for sure. I will not pass with flying colours, only two instead, which would be red and blue. Red for the fangs, blue for the gloom.

Hm it's really true that you can learn more about a series just through fandom. Such had been true for me in cases such as Gintama, Hetalia!, Umineko no Naku Koro ni, Sengoku BASARA, Assassin's Creed, Prototype, Persona 4, Blazblue and so on. I don't mean the fanart that ship couples though but they do tell a lot about the character rather than the story's plot or anything. But then again, character relations (Not fanmade couples) tell a lot about the story.

Otaku Test?

I'm neither proud nor ashamed to say I knew 131 songs out of 300 in Sankaku Complex. The songs ranged from 2005 to 2008. It was a very nostalgic experience, that's for sure. Reminded me of Air, Shuffle!, Gakuen Heaven, Loveless, Sukisho! and so on... Ah I wanna go rewatch all of them again. Nothing really beats the series of that time range. The time of quality and not pure fan service. Back then, stuff like Kanokon and Queen's Blade didn't really exist. I miss the times where you don't see pantsu shots every few seconds!!

It's been some time since I last enjoyed a fanfiction. I don't mean to brag in the sense that I write stories better than everyone else because, truth is, I DON'T. I can't pen anything that can be read, this blog for example. And that's precisely why I'm constantly reading works by other people, or even comments for that matter. Finally completed Elliot's route yesterday. I'm grateful for his omake. You actually do care about the player ;_; Obviously, I'm tired from all the anxiety of thinking about the options I've taken. I did wreck my brains a little to figure out the kanji words too. And so, I felt rather exhausted by then but I'm still happy to have cleared the route... Lol I sound like a complete noob for not using AGTH but I'm kinda too lazy to set it. And it's not like all the text given are 100% kanji so well, the good old way of playing was fine. Actually, I was really lazy to do it ever since I set it up for Lucky Dog 1. Unspeakable horrors.
