Elliot!

Finally completed Elliot's route yesterday. I'm grateful for his omake. You actually do care about the player ;_; Obviously, I'm tired from all the anxiety of thinking about the options I've taken. I did wreck my brains a little to figure out the kanji words too. And so, I felt rather exhausted by then but I'm still happy to have cleared the route... Lol I sound like a complete noob for not using AGTH but I'm kinda too lazy to set it. And it's not like all the text given are 100% kanji so well, the good old way of playing was fine. Actually, I was really lazy to do it ever since I set it up for Lucky Dog 1. Unspeakable horrors.

Anyway, this route has been entertaining until the end. As mentioned in my previous post, I chose to reject Peter because he was such a stalker because I was intent on obtaining the ball scene with Elliot. After the ball scene, they get a room, they xxxx, take a bath together and xxxx again while they're at it. I'm guessing that the following scene auto-triggers itself too. Elliot accompanies Alice to the Heart Castle because he has matters there while Alice just wants to visit. It's evening and the Queen's in her finest mood. As usual, the mafia being the mafia, they came to make a deal with her about land rights. During the entire time, Alice was either in awe of Vivaldi, the queen, or reminding Elliot of the reason why he's there. In the end, she scolded him for being such a fag to the queen. Okay, not exactly fag, but she just told him off to be nice to Vivaldi. It's funny that Alice sees Vivaldi as an ideal lady but Elliot sees her as a bitch. Probably because he knows her habits of having people beheaded all too well.

Oh, and Blood transforms into your mother-in-law at the end of the route. He'll tell you to love Elliot more, treasure him and so on. Turns out that he's like that because Elliot had said "For Alice, I will never eat carrots again!" (or something like that). Alice immediately admitted defeat in terms of who loves each other more. Also, Blood is happy because he will never have to see anything orange on his dining tables again. The reason behind Elliot rejecting carrot pastries was because Alice accidentally called him cute. She had meant every aspect of him but well, he can't accept it. He's a mafia after all but damn, I can't take him seriously at all when he's being all cute and cuddly around Alice.

But I pretty much changed my mind a little when I replayed his route just to continue from the part Peter confesses to her. Holy crap, Elliot gets scary in there. He isn't called Number 2 of the mafia for nuts. When you accept Peter's "love", sadly, of all times, Elliot will catch you and Peter making out. However, Peter will drift away because he thinks that his love is not pure or something. Well, he only finds out after kissing Alice for like, few times? Yeah, he continues to kiss her if you choose to accept his "love". And then Mr. March Hare will catch you red handed! How awesome! Yeah right.

He'll pretty much warn you about wandering off on your own in the castle in a very stern manner. Alice will obviously translate this as he's seen her cheating on him with Peter. He takes her back to the crowd, and Blood will work his magical magic in changing everyone's clothes! Magical magic, hell yeah! So enjoy the magic while you can, because Elliot will pull Alice out to the garden. He will reprimand her, get all "i'm ebil mafia bunny desuuu" menacing and somewhat slightly evil. He will constantly remind Alice that he's a mafia. He did remind her too in the option where you push Peter away, but that's when they're already in a room and he's more to asking if she's fine with it because by being with him, she'll get weird labels. In the route where you choose to cheat on Elliot... He'll be rough, very rough, but it's okay, he forgives you for cheating on him, but not Peter. Seriously, this man's got issues.

When I say he's got issues, I do mean it.

When he confesses to Alice, he thinks her reply of "I like you" is a lie because she's so close to Blood.

Jealousy issue 1.

When she tries, tries to push him away, he thinks it's because she already has a man in her own world.

Jealousy issue 2.

When Alice says that she needs to go back to her world because her sister might be waiting, he thinks it's because she has a guy there.

Jealousy issue 3. Young man, didn't she clear that when she accepted you?

Basically, when you visit Elliot, and his hearts are above 3 or something, he'll tell you that he wants to accompany you but does not have the time, so please don't go around meeting the other guys.

Jealousy issue 4, though rather subtle.

He thinks that if it's something you can't talk about, it's definitely about another man.

Jealousy issue 5.

As much as I love Elliot's cute characteristics, as well as his bad boy ones, his insecurity's pushing me to the edge. I don't mind him threatening to kill though, because he'll get stopped by Alice anyway. Mr March needs to realize that he's completely captured Alice's heart. How?

"Without you, I'll get so lonely, I'll die." Please say this as seriously as you can.

Alice: Animals dying out of loneliness!? I've never heard of that!! *recalls her sister saying "Animals can die if they're too lonely"*

And somewhere around that time, she blurts out that he's cute, after he's done repeating it again and again. Well, what she doesn't realize is that he won't die of heartache, but more rather a bullet into his head.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand my post goes in a gigantic circle.

He goes on to bug her about what's cute about him, she tells him he's so.... similar to a rabbit thus making him vow to never eat carrots again and so on, which was later told to Alice via her new mother-in-law Blood=Dupre.

Oh but don't worry, Elliot gets his carrots back in the end. Only after a lot of coaxing from Alice that no matter who he is, she still loves him, and the parts of him she finds cute are all a girl's (otome to be exact) secret.

And now, I will proceed with a sexual harassment route aka Peter=White. I had originally intended to go for Julius=Monrey next but I guess I'll save Takehito Koyasu for the later routes. It's either Blood or Ace as my last ones though.

On the side note, according to the poll held, Boris is the top character for Joker no Kuni no Alice, followed by Blood and Ace. Hm. Seiyuus. lol.
