Well, we won 3rd place. Though there were two teams that won the bronze, well, what can I say? I'm pretty darn proud of myself! Honestly, as mentioned, I strongly believed that I would get my ass whooped pretty badly. Turned out I was wrong. I guess I should credit it more to my partner, Fong Hui Chi of SD Warriors (Sorry I made you the team anchor for majority of the matches though you were against it initially!) I have to say, it's more to her ability during the competition. She studied our opponents! (Okay, we got hints from our school mates who fenced with our opponents-to-be. Helpful advice. If not for it, I would have been constantly off guard...) But then, we still got defeated. We didn't feel awful though. We were only beginners. And we seriously admired the winners a lot. Seriously! Agility, stamina, psychological influence - EVERYTHING! Just! WOW!! I'm hopeless in all of it though. My psychology sucks in the sense that... I just stand and wait. Hui Chi, on the other hand, was aggressive! Hats off to Arivin in Form 1. You. Inspired. That. Aggressiveness! Through out the competition, I guess all us were just talking about the boys. And we agree that Kevin stabs people instead of poking them. And both Alvin and Arivin are ferocious. It's mentally stressing to fence with them but darn, its fun! To be honest, fencing with Hui Chi, Regina and Ying Yin IS also quite stressful. Hui Chi is fierce in attacks. Regina and Ying Yin are both agile. I'm the one with the slowest reflexes here okay! Don't and STOP laughing!


On a totally different topic, I went on a shopping spree for presents last week. Oh damn my money... Before I pity myself, I MUST remind myself that half of my spendings actually went to the deposit for my soon-to-be-figure super new sexy looking Arawn and his spanking hot and sweet dear wife Riannon! I never buy female figures or Nendroids. Riannon is my first. I don't mind actually. She's a seriously sweet and nice and caring character. All hail Arawn and Riannon! And please stay away, siscon Arthur. Thank you. I hope those who received the presents are happy with it! Five presents bought, three have been given. Two more to go! No, my Nendroids are not part of the birthday list. No, wait, actually... They're mine. My sad presents to myself. But they ain't sad. At least I think my Nendroid Kaito isn't.... *glomp* I'll share my ice cream with you Nii-san! Kufufufufu.....
