Good Zehel!! I got deceived by Sengoku Basara!!
Episode 11 wasn't Masamune's Gaiden mode after all but damn he's still as sexy as ever (nosebleeds at preview). I wonder who was watching Masamune-sama though. Strange, but somehow I can't shake the feeling that Kojuurou's going to get grave injuries from Akechi Mitsuhide. Seriously, he creeped the hell out of me through the entire episode. His laughter, his movement and everything *shivers*. I refuse to acknowledge the seiyuu behind him because... He's one of my favourites and no, I ain't tarnishing the image in my head.
Basically, Oda Clan was not there at the place the hot blooded young souls (how young are they? I mean, seriously) charged to. They only find out after fighting through hordes of soldiers, charging up their Basara with 100 kills and so on. They enter the building and find it empty...
*and then BL sta-*
*smack*

Meanwhile, the people of Oushuu are moping about because Masamune-sama disbanded Date Clan. Just when one of the retainers stand up to make an announcement of rallying everyone to go after Masamune-sama, Kojuurou (*fangirl!*) appears and calls them all out after a light reprimanding of what the hell were they doing. Upon reaching the gates, it seems that armies of the other clans such as Azai, Tokugawa, Takeda, Uesugi and such have gathered. All of them have been crippled of their captains so Kojuurou becomes the temporary leader. He leads them all to aid Masamune-sama and Yukimura-dono. Sasuke joins them.
Akechi notes that its too quiet around when his troops surround the building. He has been watching Masamune-sama and Yukimura-dono from far (isn't that like.. my job?) so he knows they're inside the building. He, too, enters and then.....

The door closes behind him.
All by its own.
And I thought automatic doors didn't exist back in Sengoku Jidai.

I'm not too sure of what happened here but based on my noob skills...
Akechi has been abandoned by Nobunaga. It becomes evident when the soldiers change their flags and fire flame arrows at the building and it eventually catches fire. Masamune-sama notes that Nobunaga intends to kill all three of them right now. They battle until they reach the building compound. On the outside, Ranmaru dismisses the troops and tells them that he will report to Nobunaga later himself. He then sees Akechi battling with the duo.
Ranmaru comes to Akechi's assistance out of sympathy but it seems that he's useless anyway. Masamune-sama easily deflects and cuts through the rain of arrows even while conversing with Yukimura-dono. As expected it seems. Anyway, Ranmaru tells Akechi to apologize to Nobunaga later as a reward for Ranmaru helping him.
Oichi is facing problems on her own. In the beginning (I did not understand crap about this part so I won't bother explaining) of the episode, she meets the ghost of Azai Nagamasa-sama (your beloved Mr. Justice who died in episode 5) and makes a promise with him.
Kasuga appears to have been captured after an assassination attempt on Nobunaga but was stopped by Nouhime (you deserve a bitch slap, bitch). As a sign of Oichi's allegience to Nobunaga, Nouhime orders Oichi to kill Kasuga or she will be killed. Wavering, Oichi picks up the weapon given in episode 9 and stands up for sometime before confessing she is unable to to do. Kasuga, by now, has managed to cut through the ropes that bind her using god-knows-what. She somersaults, grabs Oichi's weapon, cuts the ropes at her legs and lands gracefully on the ground. She looks at Nouhime and remembers how she was caught. Kasuga makes a surprising decision of throwing the weapon and grabbing Oichi before leaping off the balcony. Kasuga asks if Oichi will follow her or not but Oichi declines saying she has made a promise with Nagamasa-sama. Kasuga tells her not to hurry to her own death before going away. Just as she was about to leave the building grounds, a group of ninjas surround her. Kasuga uses the object Sasuke has given her and blows at it. Nothing happens for a moment but then, a paraglider-kinda-thing appears out of it and fires up (think it as jet boosters) and wee! Kasuga is flying!!!
Sasuke sees something floating in the air and immediately recognizes this as Kasuga with his (is it really his?) invention and catches her just as the item breaks apart. Kasuga confesses to thinking that Sasuke would show up if she blew it. He seems bummed by it at first but then replies "I'm here now, aren't I". Kasuga relaxes in his arms at first but then a sense of awareness overcomes her as she squirms in his grip. He lets her go but she slips and falls (a busty moe sighted) to the ground. She reveals the true location of Nobunaga. (Yay Kasuga! Sasuke, are you happy?)
Back to Masamune-sama's segment. He basically beats the candy out of Ranmaru and allows the young boy to escape (No, I do not want Masamune x Ranmaru doujinshi). He heads over to Yukimura-dono who is still fighting Akechi inside a building. And then....

片倉小十郎 APPEARS~!!!!
片倉小十郎 APPEARS~!!!!
Kojuurou appears. He informs Masamune-sama and Yukimura-dono of Nobunaga's whereabouts and tells them to go. Yukimura-dono was relunctant at first, saying he wished something for Oyakata-sama but Kojuurou tells him that HE'LL handle it. Yeah, manly points for you, Kojuurou. Kill Akechi for the benefit of the world!!!!!! ZA WA-RUDO!!!!
The focus goes back to Oichi who begs Nouhime to allow her to see Nobunaga, her brother one last time but the reply she received was a gun to her forehead. A shot is fired.

*end credits roll*
The preview shows Masamune-sama from someone's blurred vision. (It would be fanshipping material if that was Kojuurou, just like episode 6 and episode 7 if you may) A certain scene in the preview is VERY SIMILIAR to episode 1 when Masamune-sama makes his debut (fangirl's at Kojuurou's smile). HONDAM TADAKATSU IS ALIVE! (Masamune-sama said "I promise" so I'll just have faith in the next episode *heart*) Sasuke is seen holding Oichi in his arms on a roof while the earth shakes in front of a fire.
.....
MASAMUNE-SAMA AND YUKIMURA-DONO CAN FINALLY HAVE A SHOWDOWN WITH THE ASSHOLE NOBUNAGA!!! YEAH!!
And the end of the preview, they mentioned the OST. It should be coming soon.... SOON!! The music has been very satisfying, no doubt on that.
Overall, episode 11 was a blast. Time was not wasted awaiting the torrent until it was 7 in the morning. Thank you for the fast release, Zero-Raws. The pace here has slowed down a little compared to episode 10 which is still good. I'm casting my hopes on a season 2 because Motochika and Motonari has not appeared yet. It'll be ABSOLUTELY pathetic to have them in only one episode and die. So, well, season two please! I'll watch! I'll watch!! Production I.G., please!!!
